This program is organised into 5 progressive levels, with Level 1 tailored for beginners and Level 5 representing the highest intensity.

You will have the flexibility to schedule your training and rest days according to your preferences and fitness level, allowing you to create a personalized workout split.

I can't tell you how many people I've had spoken with who just couldn't flatten their abdominal wall despite regular visits to the gym for months-or even years. 

Many sought help with back pain, sacroiliac joint prob-lems, or pain in the hip, knee or ankle, while others were just frustrated because they couldn't get rid of their paunch belly. 

In many cases, they had logged hundreds of hours exercising on conventional gym machines (ab crunch machines, leg presses, hamstring curl machines, knee extension, butt blaster machines, etc.), looked great on the out-side—to the untrained eye—but could not eliminate their paunch.

The problem is that though some of your muscles get stronger on the machines at regular gyms your stabilizer system does not get equally as strong. So this is where big problems begin to occur
