Majority of this program requires NO equipment, however, it would be best if you have access to:
A Pull Up bar [ or an outdoor calisthenics park ] — for the PULL portion of your training
It is optional for you to add weight on your lower body days

Due to this program being created for an 'untrained beginner' In Calisthenics, there are 3 FULL BODY training days per week. Longer Rest time is highly recommended, as a beginner will be easing into the strenuous demands calisthenics training has on the body.
Perfect for a beginner, the 3 Calisthenics Training days will put more focus on Recovery Time, Learning Proper Form, Anaerobic Energy System Development, Prevention of Overtraining & Reduced Risk of Injury
[ Depending on how your body adapts to the training demands of calisthenics, rest periods can shorten, and training days can increase to 4 - 5 days on per week ]

I’m a self proclaimed track star that has to do strength training haha. I can’t stand weights! Anyways, I’ve admired Meli for about a year now. Her videos are filled with grace and honesty, and I have learned a lot from them. (Also started crushing times again💪) Even so, I 💛 structure, and I feel like I plateaued. This book is perfecto! It’s so aesthetic and thorough just like Meli’s videos. 10/10 recommend sending luv to the queen herself! xoxo Lil🤗

This program was excellent and I loved every minute of it. The stretching section and compression could be a bit more in-depth. Everything else aside, I would recommend it for beginners in calisthenics! I will be purchasing more content in the future, cheers and great job Meli.
